Prof. Brian J. Rothschild, a marine biologist, is the director of the Center for Marine Science, Environment, and Technology of the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. He has conducted research on all of the major fisheries of the U.S. and has served as a fisheries consultant to the governments of the U.S., France, Egypt, Peru, and Korea. |
