The 19th Annual Meeting of Working Group VIII, "The Influence of Environmental 

Changes on Climate,"  of the Joint US-Russian Committee on Cooperation in the 

Field of Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources was held in St. 

Petersburg, Russia on 11-17 September 1994.



The 1995 Protocol, composed in Russian and English, includes the Meetings 

Agenda, a list of attendees, the Report on Implementation of the working group 

02.08-10 for the period of January through December 1994, the 1995 Program of 

Activities, a Draft Agenda for the International Conference on Climate Change 

Adaptation Assessments to be held in St. Peterburg, Russia in May 22-26, 1995, 

and a list of U.S. and Russian principal investigators.
