This United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP) report comes between
the Assessments of 1994 and 1998 on the Environmental Effects of Ozone
Depletion. The Executive Summary presented here confirms previous research
and presents new findings concerning: Ozone and UV changes; health effects
of ozone depletion; and the effects of ozone depletion on terrestrial
and aquatic ecosystems as well as on biogeochemical cycles and air quality.
