AGRICULTURAL IMPACTS REPORT RELEASED

Results of a four-year international study of the effects of climatic variations on world agriculture were released in November 1988 by the International Institute of Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) and the United Nations Environment Program. Directed by Martin Parry of the University of Birmingham, the work involved over 70 scientists from 17 countries.
