THE SECOND WORLD CLIMATE CONFERENCE

The Second World Climate Conference has been scheduled for November 12-23, 1990, in Geneva. Howard L. Ferguson of Environment Canada has moved to the Geneva headquarters of the World Meteorological Organization to coordinate the meeting, and James Dodge of Ireland will be the Conference Chair. (See Intl. Environ. Rptr., p. 340-341, July 9 1989.)
