The Office of Technology Assessment of the U.S. Congress has published a major report that studies options for preparing for the possibility of climatic change. (See: Preparing for an Uncertain Climate--Summary (OTA-O-563), U.S. Off. Technol. Assessment, 63 pp., Sep. 1993). Among its conclusions are criticisms of the U.S. Global Change Research Program.
