Dutch program review: The policy relevance of research being conducted by the Dutch National Program on Global Air Pollution and Climate Change was one topic addressed in a recent evaluation. The review was conducted in part by Science and Policy Associates, a Washington, D.C., firm that completed a similar analysis of U.S. research last year. (See GCCD, p. 95, June 1992.)
