The Climate-Wise Program, one component of the Clinton administration's National Action Plan, released last fall (GCCD, Nov 1993), is described in a recent Federal Register notice (p. 63574, Dec. 2). Public workshops were held in December to develop details of the campaign, intended to promote voluntary reductions in greenhouse gas emissions in all sectors of the U.S. economy through technical assistance and public recognition.
