Global Climate Science Is Still Evolving (Working Paper 67), H.W. Ellsaesser, 24 pp., Oct. 1997 (CSAB).

The author, an atmospheric scientist, examines data on warming and cooling over the history of the Earth, concluding there is no evidence that humans are causing the current global warming. Despite pronouncements by some political leaders, policymakers are not being compelled to act on the basis of global warming science, which is still evolving.
