Review comments should be submitted via email over the Internet as a Microsoft Word or WordPerfect attachment. Review comments should be formatted based on the guidelines provided by GCRIO upon registration. (Also listed here)
Review comments on the TAR Synthesis report should be emailed to USIPCCTARSYN@usgcrp.gov
