Provides a broad overview of all U.S. greenhouse gas emission sources and sinks, introduces key concepts, and discusses the primary drivers for changes in emissions. Includes sections addressing emissions from energy, industrial processes, solvent use, agriculture, land-Use change & forestry, and waste.
